April 29, 1999 Denison volunteered to archive the Five Colleges Government Documents Committee materials, including the historical cataloging project.

June 28, 2000 Wooster volunteered to do Monthly Catalog work on-demand since they have almost all of the classes-added edition of the Monthly Catalog. This on-demand work would be primarily to get SuDoc numbers. Send Wooster a photocopy of the title page or entry number in the regular Monthly Catalog for the document needing a number.

June 11, 2001 Andrea Peakovic will keep on top of new item numbers and assign them to us for our cooperative cataloging responsibilities.
